Here are just a few of the materials you'll want to consider using with your Trotec laser system:

Laser Rubber

Choose from a wide range of rubber for laser engraving. We offer proven quality and results, with odorless processing and exact contours. The result is a perfect rubber stamp imprint.

Basic Material: Natural Rubber (red) or Synthetic Rubber (gray)

Thickness: 0.06 in. or 0.09 in. (1.5 or 2.3 mm )

Sheet Sizes: A4 (8.3 x 11.7 in. / 210x297 mm) or A3 (16.6 x 11.7 in. / 420 x 297 mm)

  • 850202/2.3 mm Laser rubber, red, 2.3 mm (0.09 in.) thick (A4, A3)
  • 850203/2.3 Laser rubber, black, 2.3 mm (0.09 in.) thick, oil resistant (A4)
  • 850205/1.5 Laser rubber, grey, 1.5 mm (0.06 in.) thick, solvent resistant (A4)
  • 850205/2.3 Laser rubber, grey, 2.3 mm (0.09 in.) thick, solvent resistant (A4, A3)
  • 850206/2.3 Laser Speed Rubber, blue, 2.3 mm (0.09 in.) thick, solvent resistant (A4)

MetalFix

MetalFix is a special emulsion that enables permanent laser engraving of blank metals (e.g. stainless steel, brass, etc.) using a CO2 laser.

Because it can be mixed with water, MetalFix is highly economical - 17.5 ounces (500 g), for example, will yield 1,000 2.4 x 3.2 inch (80 x 60 mm) signs. Simply apply, dry, and engrave, then remove any extra material. An added bonus: the leftover MetalFix can be washed and re-used for other projects!

Available in bottles of 7 and 17.5 ounces (200 or 500 g).
