For more advanced dust filtering needs, the PowerJet-M pre-filter offers a light, mobile unit that can be easily connected to any commercially available exhaust system or fan, on any laser system. Dust is efficiently removed using compressed air, and collected in a drawer for easy removal - eliminating the cost of replacing filters for the laser exhaust system on an ongoing basis.

Every PowerJet-M includes a filter cartridge with PowerJet dust removal (with no rotating parts), dust collection drawer, compressed air tank, and pulse-control filter control system.

Filter Cartridge

The PowerJet-M filters are fitted with two BIA-C tested filter cartridges made from polyester or PTFE membranes. The cartridges are available with a filter surface of 16ft2 - 33 ft2 (5 to 10 m2). The cartridge features a displacer mechanism to ensure constant, even dust removal.

Air tank

The compressed air tank offers automatic dust removal, which saves time while eliminating the need to buy disposable filter cartridges. The tank also features a connection for an external compressed air supply, offering added power as needed.

Pulse Control Filter Control System

The control system activates dust removal automatically, depending on the level of contamination detected.

Dust Collection Drawer

The large dust collection drawer with a 13-gallon (50L) volume simplifies maintenance, and is sealed to the top of the filter, featuring secure dust bags to keep dust in at all times.
