POWERJET-S AND ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER FOR TROTEC LASER MACHINES

For your most intensive laser processing needs, the PowerJet-S offers a professional dust removal unit that supplies an attached laser exhaust system with virtually particle-free air, while also saving time and money on filter replacement.

The PowerJet-S features a filter cartridge with PowerJet dust removal and displacer device (no rotating parts), activated carbon filter, compressed air tank, dust collection drawer, 16ft (5m) connection cable with CEE plug, sound absorber, pulse control filter system, and a built-in radial fan with backward curved blades. Smart construction makes maintenance quick and easy, with separate maintenance doors for filter cartridges, the dust collection drawer, and the fan section.

Filter Cartridge

Fitted with 6 x 33 ft2 (2 x 10m2) filter cartridges. The large-area filter cartridges with BIA-C test certificate guarantee a long service life. A spark protector is built into the inlet.


Activated Carbon Filter

Includes a powder-coated steel housing and a 10 inch (250 mm) connection, with capacity for up to 40 gallons (150 L) of activated charcoal.


Compressed air tank

The compressed air tank automatically removes dust, saving time while eliminating the need to buy disposable filter cartridges. The tank also features a connection for an external compressed air supply, offering added power as needed.


Dust collection drawer

The large dust collection drawer with a 13-gallon (50L) capacity simplifies maintenance, and is sealed to the top of the filter, featuring secure dust bags that keep dust in at all times.



Sound absorber

The fan is completely enclosed and lined with soundproof sheets.


Pulse Control - Filter Control System

A programmable control system activates dust removal automatically, depending on the level of contamination and differential pressure detected.
